Antenna Tester is a special instrument to test the  matching and VSWR between base station antenna and feeder , also known as VSWR  tester. It covers the VSWR testing, fault location, cable loss test function. It  is mainly used for testing a variety of antenna feeder system for communication  base station, including the cluster, GSM, CDMA, GPRS, WCDMA, CDMA2000, TD-SCDMA  etc. Antenna Tester uses advanced radio frequency integrated circuits and  digital circuit combined integrated design technology, the digital IF processing  technology and other new technologies, with measurement speed, high accuracy,  small size, light weight, etc., can test VSWR, Return loss, the characteristic  impedance and the phase test, and exactly locate the  fault.

Antenna system installation, commissioning and  maintenance, handheld Antenna Tester can help users to quickly assess the state  of the transmission line and antenna systems, to improve maintenance efficiency  operation of the base station, to accelerate the process of installation and  commissioning of new base stations. Meanwhile it can be used for reflection  parameters test of components for the RF device in scientific research, teaching  and production.

Ø   VSWR and Return  Loss

It provides a standard for VSWR and return loss testing capabilities,  provides a guarantee for accurate testing Antenna System Index, provides  important basis for the measurement of Antenna  System.

Ø   Cable  Loss

Cable loss test can accurately complete the feeder  transmission insertion loss test, and automatically gets the average loss  results of feeder system based on test  data.

Ø   DFT

DFT is an important means to troubleshoot the system  fault location. Fault location measurement uses fast Fourier transform  technology to change frequency domain data into time domain, to achieve precise  analysis of the distance.

Ø   Single-port  Calibration

Using open circuit, short circuit, load for calibration,  to eliminate the source mismatch errors, directional error and receiver  frequency response error, and then it can be accurately measured the vector.
